Music

I am a classical pianist and a lyric mezzo soprano. I began playing piano when I was 5 years old and singing formally when I was 12. I have always loved music - I've spent the majority of life doing choral and classical music. Over the past 6 years I was part of an eclectic rock duo called Aural Sects. With an itch to return to my roots, I've since resigned from the band, which continues on without me.

Music is my magickal language, the means to communicate that which is unintelligible by any other means. My songwriting is like me - lyrical, paradoxical and sometimes self-referential. Enjoy.
